How are you putting them in?

clip ons , sew on, and glue normally require dry hair for some type of hold to the hair

i would have to say DRY. you do not want to put extensions in while your hair is wet. i just got fusion extensions put in on friday %26amp; it would've been more time consuming to have it put in while my hair was wet. Report It

dry hair definitely depending on whichever one ur doing cuz if you do it wet and ur gonna keep if on for a longer time,isnt it gona stink,im i right cuz i know people who have extension but i havent had experience myself though..i think dry is better
