It depends on if you extensions are synthetic or human, if they are synthetic you are stuck with the style you have, however,if they are human hair you can use a flat iron, and take a blow dryer and brush hair straight downward as you blow it dry. Just make sure you don't add any direct heat to your scalp where the bonding is.
