If so do they work, are they worth it, and are the easy to manage?

i do. i got the 100% human hair extensions, and they were worth every penny!

i wore the extensions to both of the proms i attended this year, and got major compliments. people couldn't tell i had them in.

however, my hair is the same length as the extensions, so i don't know how it would look with shorter hair necessarily. i got mine to make my hair thicker.

as far as managing, they're pretty simple. i needed my mom's help to clip them in, but basically any second person will do. you have to clean them like every four times you wear them, but usually the place you buy them from will take care of that for you. also, you can dye the human hair extensions to any color you like, even get them highlighted by your hair stylist!
